  • Returns & Exchanges:
    • Start a return here.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. Return window begins from the date we ship them to you.
    • Items in the 50 - 75% off collection are eligible for this insurance, but only for exchange or store credit. Items in this collection cannot be returned for a refund and no additional credit will apply to the store credit.
    • Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 business days after return is delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. 
    • If customers do not opt in to the redo insurance, they must pay for return shipping regardless of whether they do a return, exchange or return for store credit. If they opt to do a return for store credit, they can get an additional 10% added to their credit. Return shipping is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item

FAQ

Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+ all orders to US addresses. Standard shipping for orders under $150 is $15.
  • Priority shipping is available for purchase at checkout from $25 and is non-refundable.
  • We offer optional package protection for $9. Redo Returns + Package Protection protects your package from loss or damage and covers your return shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit.
  • If you order by 1pm CT we'll aim to ship by the next day. However, during busy seasons order processing may take up to 4 working days.
  • Your order may be delayed if a valid phone number is not entered.
  • Orders do not ship out on weekends.
  • Orders shipping to a PO Box ship USPS Priority Mail and may experience a processing delay of up to 48 hours. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

We currently ship domestically within the US.

Yes! For $9 you may purchase Redo Returns + Package Protection during the checkout process. This protects you against lost or stolen packages and other mishaps that may occur during the shipping process. It also covers the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit.

If you choose not to purchase Redo Returns + Package Protection your package is not protected from loss or damage.

Once your order is processed, we'll email you a confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's site. You can also track your package by logging on to your Italeau account. 

Please note: we will attempt to deliver once per day, three days in a row. After that the package will be returned to us. You are responsible for providing your correct address and ensuring that the package can be received. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping charges if the package is returned to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. The return window begins from the date we ship them to you.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. 

Warehouse Sale items are FINAL SALEand are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

We offer optional Redo Returns + Shipping Protection for $9 per order.

  • By selecting Redo Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from being stolen, lost or damaged.
  • If you choose not to purchase Redo Returns & Package Protection you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and your package is not protected from loss or damage.
  • Warehouse Sale Items are FINAL SALE not eligible for returns or exchanges, even if you purchase Redo Returns and Package Protection.
  • Redo Returns + Package Protection cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.

If you choose not to purchase Redo Returns & Package Protection your package is not protected from loss or damage.

If you do not opt in to purchasing Redo Returns + Shipping Protection for $9, you must pay for return shipping regardless of whether you do a return, exchange or return for store credit. Return shipping is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item.

Warehouse Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds even if you purchase Redo Returns & Package Protection.
